You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable timeframe from the date the sale agreement took place. If an item has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. If you are dissatisfied with a product, we will accept returns up to 14 days from purchase and may issue you with a refund or exchange. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging and the customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and the cost of the item’s return. This includes freight costs associated with ‘free shipping’ orders.
What do I do if I have been sent the wrong item?
All the parcels are carefully packed but in the unlikely event that you have ended up with a different item, please call or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to rectify the error immediately at no cost to you.
What do I do if I have been sent damaged goods?
If goods are damaged on arrival, please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you and email them immediately to us. We will immediately organise new goods to be delivered and may have a courier come and collect the damaged goods at no cost to you.
